She holds a B.A. in Sociology from St. Leo University and an M.A. in Human Services from Liberty University. Chavaun will soon be a Perinatal Mental Health-Certified (PMH-C) professional, is a DONA International-trained Doula, and a HealthConnect One Community-Based Doula Trainer. Her expertise also extends into the creative arts as a Licensed Cosmetologist with over 20 years of experience and a former Wardrobe Stylist in the entertainment industry.
Chavaun’s life work is the result of rich, authentic connections with people across all walks of life. Her professional path has led her to center her work around the maternal health and maternal mental health crises in Western North Carolina, where she actively facilitates monthly therapy support groups for birthing people navigating major life transitions.
As a Believer, Wife, and Mother of two, Chavaun brings both personal insight and professional experience to every interaction. She partners with clients on their journeys of growth, helping them refine their professional presence, build healthier relationships, release limiting beliefs, and cultivate healing self-talk. Her coaching is holistic, heart-led, and grounded in the belief that transformation is possible for anyone willing to do the work.
